I'm not sure we're talking about the same kind of protection here.

I'm not a "highly skilled" tradesman, but I'm more than competent at any kind of house repair except electrical, and I can do some of it.

Considering that i have a functioning brain with the ability to read and analyze data i have decided that they are not going to make money off of me on information that is available for free or even a much smaller fraction of their cost.This is my vision and am kindly seeking your guidance.

charlotte's kind of weird.all the new development in the area has slowed alot of the appreciative value of "older" homes built in the 90's.

I actually find that kind of research to be a lot of fun, but I'm dorky that way. :)What I'm having less success with is finding truly motivated sellers.

We would like to get some kind of loan to finish the restoration and continue renting the house at a higher price to cover the mortgage but it is still in probate.

my two sense is, really go out and while you're in college - take real life "classes" in the street while also going to school in the college.that is everything i am about.at work in the past 5 months i boasted $55,000 in sales with the total being $155000 between 4 people. the top seller being the owner because... well he just has more experience and he's there more. but i can sell anything.the real estate certificate i am attaining here at college is only 4 classes. i'm incorporating that into my schedule with my mechanical engineering major classes as well as business. so its kind of complicated.i wont be able to get my brokers license for two years because 1. i dont have the correct study guide and utilities nor the money to pay the $800 i have seen for some.

We have been looking for one in CA and everyone we have talked to says you can't incorporate out of state legally.

I'm hoping to be able to make my decision within the next couple months, but unfortunately it's kind of out of my hands at the moment.Anyhow, glad to be here and can't wait to learn the ropes from all of you!
