@Doug Woodville I what you saying what do you care.. and for sure like when I am building new construction.. the buyer really does not know if I am making 200k on a home or I have to write a 20k check to get it off my books... nor do they care.But in the wholesaling environment its a tad different.. wholesalers is not vested like a builder they only have small EM up and a contract.. other than their time.

At least for a LLC, you aren't getting conforming loans so there might be somebody willing to underwrite.2nd LLC, a 50% ltv I think makes some sense in this market environment.
