I think you can take out half of what you have in there up to 50K (or something like that).  

So that was my process over the last year and a half, it took me a long time to get there.

Hey guys - Would love any insight from this group on what I imagine to be a reasonably recurring problem.I got into the buy and hold game with the money from selling my last company, and over the course of a year and half, have bought up 6 units.

More than half the time it seems like the prospect doesn't show up or call ahead to cancel.

Can you use a portion of that space to add even a half bath?  

A property that size would take me about half as much in the DC area.

I would try and find comps within a half mile radius that have sold in the last few months.
