Well as a tenant who already pays high enough rent do not think it is fair for me to have to mow grass for property that's not mine.

The Pros are: they rent quicker(at least in my market), offer amenities like fitness centers, pools, security guards, secure parking etc, low maintenance since you own from drywall in, you don't have to pay to cut grass, paint the exterior, replace the roof, cheaper insurance, not as many tenants to do too much damage to your property.

. :) I list out that they can't do these things:- Parking on grass- Store campers, boats, aircraft, unlicensed/insured cars, - working on cars, - using any part of the property for business purposes (including childcare, baking)They cannot have: fish tanks, water beds, fire pits, trampolinesI don't think any of that is too crazy though. :)

She says " Oh they are not pets we consider them part of the family " Sorry , No pets The single guy shows up , looks and starts to try to wheel and deal how he could fix up the place , and cut the grass and do landscaping .

Hey Sam,I would go onto airbnb and vrbo and look what similar STR in your are are priced - as that is how you'll be compared by the consumer.I have numerous STR's in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area and don't do the cleaning, but I do that laundry, make all the beds and do all the bookings and it's A LOT of work.
