I surely do not work for free in my representation as a broker but my guess is being a broker has made or saved me well over $750,000 over the years as well as given me control over the process Even when I have a property I need to list in an area where I am not an MLS member, I find a flat fee broker for $99-399 to place the property in the MLS.
