Someone who doesn't do a lot of cooking will usually be fine in a kitchen with little counterspace. 

I wanted to buy it in the name of my business, but because I started the paperwork in my name (because my LLC wasn't finished at that time), I had to buy it in my name.

While in the unit, I upgraded all of the finishes and added a washer and dryer.
