What was once a 2 or 3 step bidding process is now 5+ steps with multiple “best and final” rounds so I see the appeal of paying up for an off market deal.

But it finally caught up to me and I had someone book outside the app but I failed to keep the weekend blocked and another person booked on AirBnB.

I like safety AND cash flow- I just closed 2 DSCR loans with once upon a time the better DSCR lender Finance of America, but something happened in recent months and their underwriting has gone nuts and my loans too 4 full months to close a friend is stretching to 6mo.
