Biggerpocket is nothing new and perhaps it's the reason why the land in America is so affordable before.What's sad about the developed world is that post-communist era, it seems the trajectory in the western world is gone wild where wall st takes too much influence.Kids nowadays don't experience the actual fighting with the commies, facing double-digit inflation, currency devaluation \...they think there's always "loan" for that, low-interest rate forever, a wall st banker to bail out them,etc,etc..

And as an investment property the county tax assessor can raise your valuation substantially every year (you can fight it, but it's something to consider). 

And that is why you are fighting over numbers in the 0.1% range.

The problem one knows I do not put up with BS, and recognizes I will fight rather than settle (she has seen me do it before). 

I have learned it is easier to do little things to make people happy, then to stand your ground and fight over stupid things.
