People seem to have strong feelings on this topic both ways... 

I had a feeling this might cause problems at the last minute, which I absolutely cannot have, and everyone has been telling me to give it a shot and it will work out!

The reason we like that is because it allows us to narrow in and focus on a few core tax strategies that we feel are solid and proven ways of building wealth, so much so we do them ourselves. 

It can work in the right location but just screening can be daunting if not. 

It almost feels like I’m casting out a fishing line but no bites.

I feel it keeps it clear for folks who have a real estate business and how to determine if those hours count for test 1
