Having had over 100 single-family homes at one time, I'm not a fan of holding SFHs as a long-term rental strategy.

I'm committed to making strategic renovations to improve the home's structural integrity, safety features, and overall condition.

We own & manage a few Multi-Family properties in NorthWest Brooklyn (Park Slope, PLG-Lefferts, Bushwick) which I've been managing without issue for the last several years myself.

Although I’ve lived here for eight years, coming from Houston after serving in the Navy in Charleston, I’m relatively new to BiggerPockets and eager to engage with the community.My investment focus has been on single-family and multifamily homes, and I’m interested in expanding into commercial real estate and land development.

I hope to expand my portfolio with single family homes.💫 My next goal would be to purchase another single family this year (I wish the interest rates would drop a smidge), if unable to then continue saving until "the time is right".

It can be a good reason like family or very good friend, just so it’s not out of the blue.
