Mostly retail focused.On the brokerage end, we have groups that cover all the major real estate areas including multi family, mixed use, retail based (including retail condo), and ground up development.We have recently gotten involved in the Miami, Wynwood, Design District and Little Haiti areas.

I am in a very desirable area and school district so I believe it may be a little high but however I would rather be safe then sorry.4) Not sure what % to chose for Repairs and Maintenance since it is a fairly new house?
