Hedging would be a bad idea in my opinion given that the local currency is at an extremely low level against the USD (especially as a result of the Covid crisis), which by the way makes properties in these countries a bargain for USD investors.

We definitely don’t intend to lay with our feet up for the next 60 years, but we are no longer dependent on income outside of our investments which is really nice and extremely freeing.

It would be extremely difficult for me to make an investment decision based on something so precarious, which is why I would never recommend purchasing in these areas with the intent of short term rentals.

Because if I’m paying the seller that mortgage but then they stop paying the original loan back, seems like the original bank can come in and sell my property to satisfy it.Anyways there’s a lot of extreme hypotheticals I’m presenting, just trying to look at it from all angles.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.
