I would only want to put them in a hard to backfill space that other tenants passed on that way they occupy a space I had a hard time filling anyways and if they make it I get extra income I would not have otherwise had.A landlord would not want IN PERPETUITY in a lease at least for a payment they pay.

I think like most folks I’ve started out excited about the potential of having that extra cash in the pocket in a few years time through REI, but I feel burnt out without even having my first property and I’m finding it harder by the day to find deals that make sense.Part of the issue is finding where I want the property.

We are also going to get a quite from a glass repair company to see if they can fix the window seal issue..but not sure if repair would be successful and we are anyways heading towards a replacement anyways...thoughts?
