They are promoting the opportunity to investors and getting paid for you to take the risk.It may be completely legit, but your risk definitely comes into play in this set-up and your reward needs to be big.    

There are new tools forming that give promoters the ability to directly bypass the marketplaces and give sponsors the tools they need to control their own capital formation process.

It's not the best enticement to rent the house.

Definitely do not "Swap" lists.Just have the other person do a promotion for you and direct those people to your website so they can opt-in on your list.BCC is also not effective as your delivery rate is so low.

I say promote tha club and you will find that many seasoned investors will come out of hiding to learn new tricks.

The idea of living for free is very enticing and possibly I may reconsider.

Kirk, generally wholesaler types offer both sides, as an enticement. 

Also, I have few service like minor work with GC and promoting for rental has been lined up from 7/1.Any feedback/advice will be greatly appreciated.Thanks,DP
