I am a fairly new Wholesaler based out of Charleston, WV I am looking to connect with other Wholesalers and Rehabbers from around the United States.

I do plan on moving a portion of this amount into my bank but wonder if it would still be honored when qualifying for financing since it is a fairly liquid account.Thanks in advance!

Most of our tenants have the payment processed 7 days before the due date to ensure we receive payment in a timely manner.

Tough to make out exactly what he was saying.To see what he’d say, I offered to have my attorney set up an escrow account (at no cost to him) to hold the $5600 for us and to help us complete the transaction, to which he responded that would mean he would not have the funds then available to pay for the due diligence activities, and that would not be fair to him.Suffice to say, when he outright declined to do business using legitimate methods, I knew for sure this guy was a scammer.

Hopefully things are moving forward for you two.It’s fairly easy if you study and prepare for it.

Having said all that, everything seems fine until there is a real problem, or someone gets themselves in trouble with fair housing etc... there will always be a need for a professional no matter what you do.

So it’s “fair and equitable” to tell a private landlord that they have to accept those with criminal records as tenants ?

Dont let them walk all over you but be firm and fair.

If you want to do it like everyone else let her buy the option (assuming it is assignable) from the brother at whatever price they deem fair and sell the option at the price originally negotiated.
