I feel like electrical,plumbing and flooring and walls and waterproof everything and make stable and good but not go to far like making where we wont have to touch for another 20 years at last.

Besides my full time job as an Electrical Engineer I want to build a long time portfolio for financial freedom and satisfying my entrepreneurial soul.

Floors aren't creaky, modern plumbing and electric, steel beams stabilizing the ground floor (as viewed from dirt crawlspace).

Hello BP Community,I’m looking for recommendations of contractors in north New Jersey that are HUD compliant.

I always assume electricity, gas, water, sewage, trash, snow/lawn care, and wifi to be paid by tenant (except HOA). 

Tenants pay electric and water (individually metered). 6 Units newly renovated and are rented for $475 each per month.

Based on that your contractor should be able to get a pretty decent scope together.  

I've spoken with contractors and will meet with architect next month to get digital plans. were thinking of selling the project while I manage it boots on the ground. we will let you all know how it goes!!! 

Lol I don’t want to turn this into a Tech debate or stack overflow or something but Comp engineering is a mix of Comp science(software side) and electrical engineering.
