Also a newer feature here is "Alerts" so you can set up to get notified when someone posts from your area or any other term you want

Hey Min Oh - there is, but it comes with the "Featured" listing which costs a little bit.

Additional requirements are for you to only have like properties in the same area in one loan.Unfortunately, not all lenders offer this feature.

You might approach them and point out some feature, "not sure you noticed the XYZ, what do you think of that" if they talk, go ahead and work'em, if not, give them privacy, and ask if they have any questions before they leave.

The differentiating feature here is that the credits are not specific to the home they currently reside in.

I've mentioned to several old timers, I'm not replying as often to the newbie asking "where do I start" kinda questions because it's been written a thousand times on BP already, I know they know more about the internet than I do and how to use a search feature.

I would like to add that local MLS systems (some) have a feature that you can search short sales.
