Kaiser just decided to go to war with the AG in WA state and look were that got himAlthough just today.. ( I am in Vegas)  my lift driver starts to talk about this great new program of asset recovery.. finding money that is owed banks and owners when their props have been lost to foreclosure or tax sale...

For all Minneapolis investors, perhaps this is an opportunity to contact your council members and let them know if you have an objection to this, and what its impacts will be.My dislike of section 8 has more to do with the program being so poorly run than the tenants themselves, though from what I've read on BP, there are plenty of bad apples.

Selena, if your bank won't work with you there are some private lenders/hard money lenders with programs that are sort of a cross blend ( not too hard ) but you have to have good credit scores to get them.
