There is some value in that area,  just depends from street to street.

There are several alternatives for funding it just depends on the politics of the association.

I was also planning on attached garages , or depending on the location, drive into the basement is a possibility too.

Sub2 or selling really depends on what the seller needs.

It depends on what you are looking for whether this is good or bad.
