I haven’t signed any deals but wanted to reach out the community and see if anyone else has any experiences to share about their client development team?

The answers to those questions would guide the recommendation I would give.

Good morning everyone,Just wanted to update everyone that I just closed on my first real estate deal in Columbus, OH.

Also, if anyone has any advice on negotiating prices or getting the best deals, I'd love to hear it.

Are you working on a specific deal?

The way I see it, a brand spanking new duplex wouldn't be the smartest deal because of the high purchase price and you'd likely not cash flow, if not be in the negative.

I am interested in investing with a hard money lending firm, as in investing my own money to fund deals through them.
