I will definitely factor in all aspects.  

Note that it is not necessary to implement the series aspect of a series company unless and until one is ready to do so; until then the company operates exactly the same as a traditional LLC.

I’ve even attended REIAs for free and with that aspect you know where their genuine motivation is.

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

But I do try to apply aspects where I can in my investing.

I can assist in every aspect and give some recommendations.  

I have been doing a lot of research and learning about REI in my free time and am quickly becoming more and more interested in all of the different aspects. 

Whether it is in commercial or a house, an investment is an investment and you should never limit yourself and should try to learn every aspect of this business and try broker every type of investment deal. 

That alone for me is huge and rewarding aspect of this business.

I just think learning and hence knowledge is a crucial part of been in control of your situation.
