It's probably REO, so the electricity is usually off (unless there is very good reason - I went through one that had a sump pump running continuously even though the weather was and had been dry; I suspected a spring of some sort was pumping water into the basement).

So if I have an outstanding loan with my employer plan, I could roll the 401k AND the loan into a solo 401k, thus side-stepping the immediate repayment requirement upon leaving my employer?

I went to buy a REO and the bank told me I would not receive a commission and I told them "OH, OK" hung up and continued my search.
