Wesley W. Rent increase lease addendums

Within the envelope is a letter explaining the rent increase as well as a lease addendum for them to sign and return with the SASE contained therein.My timeline is as follows (dates used for clarity of example):Written rent increase notification dated and mailed to tenant on March 30.Signed lease addendum due back to me no later than April 30.Rent increase as described in the addendum is effective June 1.The problem I am having is what to do with the notifications that don't come back.

@Michael Glunk I’d get a keurig and a creative assortment or coffee pods, stock the fridge up with breakfast type things, OJ, Apple juice, 1/2&1/2, medium size 2% milk, small fruit basket with bananas, apples, oranges, and some muffins from grocery store in a plastic 4 pack container so they will last several days.

Because I’m 30 years from retirement and they’ll be making good passive income in 30 years and they’ll likely all be paid off and will contain tons of equity or sales prices for my children.
