Annual E&O is $200, there is a small monthly fee to tap into their ZipForms system (zero paper system), but that is all you pay to the broker, and they provide a conference room that you can use when you like, a marketing dept that will assist you as needed, and a nice "virtual office" web environment.There is another local agency that is $300/month flat fee, and you keep 100%.

I could argue that I answer lots of questions with in-depth responses, have done a podcast, a book launch interview, flew to Denver paying my own transportation and hotel expenses and spoke for 3 hours at the conference (not to mention the time involved in preparation), and have almost 2,000 posts with just as many votes, and answer several emails a week from other members - all at my expense.
