So I recently was given an opportunity by an associate of mines who referred a client to me that needs a "holding-hands" sort of speak professional to help them do fix and flips on their portfolio investments....

Talk to your insurance company about it, this is not the first time they have experienced this.

Well I have favorite, but it is usually for big companies so it will be out of the question.

The major Insurance companies have either Pulled out, Limited writings or stopped writing entirely.
