Hello everyone,I’m seeking your advice on whether I should continue holding or sell a property I purchased last May 2023 in Windsor, Ontario, a city next to Detroit, Michigan.

I am looking for a insurance company that is coat effective and works with fix and flip/construction property and liability insurance.

The company we use for credit/background checks will not allow our company to share that information with anyone else, not even the property owner (when we are acting as the property manager).

Do they offer company stock, and provide passive revenue share income which is willable to your heirs?

I know a lot about this because we run a turnkey company in Detroit and have internal property management.

I live in the New Jersey New York area and prices continue to climb and they do not look like they are falling any time soon.

We recently inherited a house and are about to rent it out, and would like to continue with investment properties.  

You might also want to look at how established the company is,  how established their accounts are, and whether or not the company is growing.
