The city is aware of this and is ok with it (I'm not yet sure what kind of certification or permission they've given) but the seller says they will forever reserve the right to take the property back and enforce removal of the structure should they ever need to.Now in this case, with the alleyway being small and completely surrounded by residential homes built in the early 1900's, the odds are astronomical.

From visual inspection, the other bags were 3Mil or less (bags in background) I highly recommend that if you touch, or caused to be touched (as in a power washer), any asbestos or LBP siding, that you take a certification course even if you don't have plans to use the certification as part of your business.
