From visual inspection, the other bags were 3Mil or less (bags in background) I highly recommend that if you touch, or caused to be touched (as in a power washer), any asbestos or LBP siding, that you take a certification course even if you don't have plans to use the certification as part of your business.

They'll want you to double check it and then during the buying process you will typically get a resale certificate and Rules and Regs of the HOA between contract and closing.

Why you do this is if you do sell the property and another termite company finds issues hopefully the company you have had doing the inspections will own up to it and address all the issues to provide a clear Certification.
