Good morning everyone,I am a new investor-in-training in the Central Texas area.

Right now my priority is to purchase a multi-family in Central Texas so that I can house hack for the next couple of years and save money for a down payment.

I am curious to know how others have built out their teams and if you usually try to consolidate this (finding all other Team members through a central connection) or look to diversify so as not to have all your eggs in one basket (in the event something goes sour with the central connection)?

Also, I expect to outperform over the long term with repairs too due to the fact there is no central heating and air currently.

I do agree this goes beyond normal wear and tear, but you don't replace your whole wheel and hub assembly when you get a flat tire!

I believe this is realistic in today's Central Texas Market.
