Currently I am Active Duty Air Force located in the Central/South Jersey Area.

Not looking for an apprasial, just have an abnormal property and need to pick their brain.

but would imagine there are several scenarios within an hour or two of your central location that would allow you to either rent out the rooms in a single family house, purchase a duplex and rent one side while living in the other, etc.

If out of LA, probably somewhere still in SoCal or central coast within 2-3 hours driving distance.

I am located in central/northern NJ, or Plainfield, NJ specifically.
