I still have massive tendonitis in my elbow from last months Salmon extravaganza its amazing how catch 4  30 lber bright fish will torch your elbows..

@Laura Turner suggest you complete your profile, including photo, in order to get more and better responses.I've completed many deals without insurance on the front end, sometimes called "table deals" implying they were negotiated at the kitchen table or such.

I suppose If you setup a camera to catch them in the act they'd steal that too!

The house doesn't get used, debris in the low spot (plumbers sometimes call these "bellies") dries out, catches more debris and turns into a clog and causes the noted backup.

That way I catch them if they are trying to take more on their side then on mine.I  do not agree to fee per separate agreement either.

Do you have your pre-rent move-in photos and property condition checklist ready?

Take plenty of photos to establish the quality and quantity of items being set out.

In either case, this will tend to catch hair and grease and make for a clog.
