I have been using a free one called vtiger.it has been going very well for me and my business.I do about 2-4 deals a month and it helps me track all of my projects and investments into those projects and to do lists etc.

Be careful making some form of agreement with the seller of the property in advance.

I hear of all these great profits that are being made investing in real estate that has a major “business” component, like small assisted living properties; rooming houses; sober living arrangements, etc.  

I don't know anything about the eviction process and I don't really care to.

As with any Real Estate purchase, you need to read the documents carefully.

I understand that this is just a part of STR investing.
