Couple that with the fact that you are buying entry level and there is not much profit there to split up.....Say you put down 10% on a $150k house and it rents for $1200 mo.

Anyone who believes that Austin is headed for a major correction or sustained lower prices in the foreseeable future needs a compelling and realistic case for how the Austin metro goes from 0.6 months of inventory to well beyond 6.5 months.I think the most likely scenario is that the Austin market stabilizes and proceeds in a more orderly and predictable fashion at this new pricing level.

The inspection stated not all was level, but fully functional.Main problems:- Low soil clearance or *no* clearance crawlspace - under the entryway and under the bathroom could not be accessed at all unless crawlspace is dug out.

I don't even know how anyone is answering this question since it's highly dependent on your experience level, how much money you have (cash and access), what your financing vehicle is, where you have boots on the ground or contacts already made, and so much more.
