The buyers are great people long time customers, he has worked at UM for over 15 years and wife is a teacher.

Right after that a customer tells me his wife works for BOA and that they are terrible for making these types of mistakes.

I would assume so, especially since the house isn't owned by the LLC, it's in my wife's name.
