Good evening, My name is Barbara, I'm new to realistate wholesaling industry, in your opinion is it a good or bad ideal to provide the property address for a buyer to research to determine if he/she wants to accept the deal, prior to having them sign an document.

The bad thing is a dream opportunity just presented itself and I'm not ready.

The best thing about this communication is that we learn the good and bad about the field and it is not just a sales pitch but we are learning by other people experiences and journey.

If you genuinely feel bad then take money out of your own pocket and give it to them as charity but lets not further perpetuate the culture of entitlement that pervades much of this country. 

The problem isn't that it would be a bad deal if I had someone else do the work, I still think it would be a great deal.

I know the conventional wisdom (including people in this thread) is that condos are a bad deal, but that could mean it's a great opportunity because people are spooked by that very conventional wisdom.

It's been 2 weeks and the kind of applications we are getting are far from ideal...bad credit scores, delinquencies, hard to figure out how much do they make (meaning self employed in some cases) are some of the issues that made me reject 4 applications so far.My property manager (who helped me buy the house) has posted the ad on all relevant websites, we have priced it at the lower end of the range at which similar homes are listed in the area, but still not happy with the applications.I would be interested to hear what folks, knowledgeable about the Austin market, think...is there more that we can do?

Only use brokers from referrals by other apartment owners that are very happy with their broker and their deals did not go bad really fast. 

So this can also make your agent look bad.
