If my funds I’m leading out are through a self directed retirement fund, which has costs associated with it, the lender may ask you to cover those fees probably $200-$300 or so.

@Carl Suverkrop Only the Limited 203k is capped at $35k in rehab costs and because of the soft costs associated with it, contractor pricing needs to stop at $30k.
