I did a few searches on BP, but didn't see this specific topic, so I thought I'd give it a try.In this world of big data and the "interwebs" I am curious of anyone knows of a search that can list all-- say 20+ unit apartment buildings that exist in a city, or region.

Your offer is only 3% above list price so I suspect you'll be fine.Second, even if the appraisal came in low, you could walk away from the contract for other reasons like inspection objections.

I moved into the single family home, and have the apartment out back rented and my old apartment at the 4 unit rented out, and those two extra income properties cash flows quite well while upgrading my living conditions from a 1 bedroom apt to a single family house. If you're trying to refi out of your FHA to use again, you would need to have at least 20% equity in that property to refi out of the FHA.I love your strategy and as long as you live in the FHA property for a year there is nothing illegal about it.

I am thinking of investing in a syndication that is buying a 157 unit apartment project located at 3117 S 192nd St. in SeaTac, WA 98188.It appears the property last sold in 2015 for $1.8Mn….the syndicators now plan to buy this property at a price that is about 60% higher and around 10.8X trailing 12 months gross rental income or 9.7X gross income projected over the next 12 months. They plan to renovate the units and increase gross rental income by 11-13% in each of the next two years and then level off at 3% annual rental growth thereafter.
