There is a lot of material between those 6 regulations and sometimes the wording is not easily understandable.You can currently add an ADU to either a SFR or a duplex without owner occupancy requirements.

The steps you're taking are good ones in order to establish a FICO score, but as you already said . . . it'll take a while.There is an alternative process to this "automatic underwriting" called Manual Underwriting in which the underwriters are able to use manually input different data into the loan process and can often approve financially healthy individuals who can't get through the automatic underwriting process due to "no credit score."

Thanks - Depending on the type of project you are talking about there are software programs for estimating residential and commercial construction costs but they are not very useful especially this environment of rapidly rising labor and material costs.

It's an excellent alternative to Fannie Mae.
