Finding the right loan program can't be answered by one single or simple question.

You need to be specific on what you think is unbelievable; COSI is the name for the index in which a particular loan program can be based on.

Has anyone actually used any of the programs or services on the list?

Though this scenario isn’t receiving much press across this great nation of ours, I have heard thru affiliates, peers, fellow associates that this is exactly what’s being played out in many neighborhoods.

So check and see if there is a "revert to landlord" program in your area.

I purchase 1-2 per month and would like to line up a nice financing program.
