I can do all of the aforementioned tasks on top of whatever I'm trained to do.

What I can bring to the table is vision, passion, heart, ability to multi task, work ethic and the willingness to learn.Also looking for local meetings or groups of BP members to meet with any information on this?

When it comes to appraisals or BPO's  as a buyer I love them as a seller I hate them, as a Lender I marvel at the inefficiency, and lack of knowledge of those performing the task.

The BP community seems to be a place that through networking and being willing to help others I could learn some of the more complex handyman tasks.  

People automatically assume they will be just as healthy, mobile, positive/adventurous spirit, or even alive, like they were in their 30s.

Be ready to all the menial tasks associated with real estate and be willing to share the profits probably giving the mentor the larger share. 

At the moment I can offer volunteering with mundane tasks that an investor has, run errands across town, along with anything else that an investor could require.

I plan to do my first drive for dollars adventure this weekend.  

My comments are the layman's who has had to do this, and simply the simple steps I used to accomplish the task, but the net of it is, "let a professional do it".Good to understand the framework as an investor/owner, but I sure don't need to concern myself with the nuances, that's what were all building a team for.
