Quite frankly, it's possibly a good time to buy.I would only get worried about the market if we see a significant change in multiple data points, including days on market, list price to sold price ratio, number of new pending sales, number of new active sales, etc.  

I am very curious of how the strategy of doing individual room rentals plays out? 

And my oldest son plays soccer.

I've been active on Biggerpockets and some other platforms sticking up for wholesalers for quite some time now and have been bombarded with questions and people wanting to have the entire process explained--which is great!

There's a lot of people that are still active, like living in a nice home, but don't want the maintenance, or solitude of living alone 

The tenant has been civil so far (despite giving me no heads up) and is allegedly actively searching for a new apartment.

Again, mind you a 5/mo auto withdraw from checking.......to the savings WITH NO OTHER ACTIVITY.
