This comes down how easy can the they access wire to pull.Gutting a wire job on a house means cutting holes at rate top of the ceiling to access the old and pull new wire .and many other holes in drywall.

This doesn't make sense as we are a 2 broker firm that doesn't do any residential real estate and I am just looking for access to find a personal investment properties.

As mentioned above, crowdsourcing platforms don't allow you to gain access to the sponsor, who is the person (or people) who actually executes on the deal. 

For instance, you need the electrical inspected before you put up the drywall because the inspector may not pass it if they can't see everything you did and you'll have to tear off drywall to give them access. 

Jake, you need a good agent that knows that property type or someone that has MLS access and know that property type to pull comps and see what’s been selling in the area.
