It has high rental demand and lots of competition in the multifamily space, the West Harbor water front development will be San Pedro's Sofi Stadium. 

My focus for location is in west Houston, town specific I'm looking at Katy, Cypress, Tomball, and Spring

Would you consider mid-south west Strawberry Mansion to be a 'war zone'?

Commercial properties can literally give you the ability to force that appreciation through rental increases are in decreasing expenses through more efficient management and operations among other things.I would also agree that investing in the Midwest and other markets is a great idea especially if living in NY or the west coast as well.

I own a number of multi-family properties on the west coast and have the capital and desire to diversify.

Comparing the initial investment to what I’d get in rent over the west coast compared to the Midwest can be a little depressing!

This is the west of Atlanta Ga. area.

There is a ton of development along the mass pike going west and the state is pouring money into Worcester.

I was wondering if anyone has any real life experience pertaining to this:I would love to move to the west coast & get away from the PA weather but I’m also afraid of getting out there and realizing there’s not much of an opportunity for buy and hold in AZ as there is in PA.
