What is your plan to not lose everything?

I lived in a condo at the time (I still own it, it's rented out but losing $300 a month and I have a $48,000 special assessment to pay due in March) and we needed room.

I thought I was going to lose everything.

All told, you'll lose two months of rent income or more.Tighten your standards.

I probably value my time to much tbh.Fourth My Relationships the sum is greater then individual parts I couldn't be where I am at 23 with out my mentors and friends that have lifted me up along the way.Fifth My Knowledge Its one of two things no one can take from me and can recreate the success I may lose in the future.I believe that the last three are the most basic components to building real wealth but with out the first two there is no reason to push and grow all success would fill dead and hollow.Your turn guys!

Eventually we fired the first contractor (losing $$$$$ we paid him) and hired a new contractor who is now reworking some of our former contractors work and finishing the addition.

It's a bit of a long story, but I had a rental property before, losing to foreclosure when I lost several thousand in a slum lord who made my family and I homeless a couple years ago (never moved into the house because of mold, but then they rented the house on us while we were out of state).  

Plus they did not pour cat litter down the toilt drain, which is always nice.My experience is that the 5 day Notice loses it's teeth after they found out it did not bite the first time.

If your not getting no’s, having trip ups, losing deals then your missing opportunities.
