Interested in land flipping and from there graduate my way to multi family homes to rent out!

I believe being a smaller scale landlord allows me to do things and offer personal touches they wouldn't get at a large apartment complex, making up for the lack of swimming pool, workout room, etc. they may find there.I'm curious as to what types of personal touches other small landlords do for or offer to their tenants, just because we operate on a smaller scale.

I will remain behind in VA for another year so my daughter can graduate High School. 

Best way is to be in touch with someone that can go over some options and requirements. 

Have not touched the TSP from day one, and it's frustrating when individuals looks at you crazy when you say the TSP is a waste of time.
