I dont want to break the bank on insurance but would like to have a good company, any input would be great thanks!

LLC  and management company setup will be crucial

I know a company at of Pacific Northwest that has some as well but not a ton.

I also work with a great title company in the Memphis area that have been very helpful on that front.  

I just saw an article where a solar company sold a terminally ill man a 25 yer lease/loan on a new solar system.

The S&P 500 Index has averaged a 10.26% return since it settled on the 500 company limit in 1953.

Thanks, #1 and #2 - provided my feedback in earlier thread #2 _ it depends - I have duplex in NC RTP since 2007 and it has been smooth sailings for them since it all depends on the property management company you deal with #3 Also in $300K you won't get duplex in any good localities in NC and/or Texas unless one is forced to go to shady areas where you then deal with lot of tenant eviction and section-8.

I would like to know that as well, as the few property management companies that I have used have not been at all satisfactory. 

I check with our power company to see if there is an outage.
