FHA will also require the property to be habitable, so if it won't pass an occupancy inspection or has health and safety concerns that an appraiser will pick up on, they will almost certainly not fund.It's a great strategy for investing with minimal cash out of pocket and capitalizing on your sweat equity.

Other rpeople just received  30 "this is your health Insurence agent" calls JUST before you called or texted them, and they are in such a murderous mood they are not going to respond to your weird number text or call.I can go on./ So what order?

Likewise for places like Building departments or Health Districts - they have the files organized in a certain way and stored in a certain room.

Rob K, i usually appreciate your view point, but in this case, i think it's a little off base..i offered them 12k to split between the 2 of them..hardly a windfall...actually, they seem like 2 working families that struggle to afford health insurance for their families...i want to help them, while getting a good deal of course--not prohibit them from qualifying for a need based program that they truly needthat all being said, and now that yallknow what my offer was, do you think 6k each is enough to screw them up?
