So up front money is not problem and I have the redemption period to find out how bad or good of a choice I made with my drive by and other due diligence that can be done in the 2 weeks of notification prior to sale.It is higher risk with higher reward.

In South Carolina, if you use the language in the Landlord Tenant Act for the Five Day Notice you don't have to post -- It is their only notification.

)   Clerks are quite helpful in making certain these are filled out correctly.If tenants do not answer within the 7 day time period after receiving their notification (8 days if the last day ends on a weekend or holiday) then one must go back to the Clerk of Court and request the Writ of Possession; it not automatically provided in my county (there are a lot of evictions going on around here!).
