I currently work as a lender at a banking institution (cant say the name, company policy), and I'm also working on my undergrad in finance at SVSU.My goals here are to ultimately learn from more experienced investors and even connect with some locally.

For instance Fortress owns Nation Star.

My educated guess is that Wedgewood-Houston area or "The Nations" area will be in the path of progress.

Families and national origin are protected classes, so tread softly.We set occupancy standards for each property,  which we include on Craigslist.  

I now utilize debt when I have a substantial spread between what I can conservatively earn on an investment vs what I can borrow the money from a lending institution.
