I know there are mixed reviews on lower priced homes but I was thinking I would replace all of the plumbing in my homes with PEX plumbing and move to central AC/Heat.

Inspection Response Period Over....No Response from Seller Yet

When you are ready to create your exhibits - I would keep each exhibit short… combining items so that you have 1 exhibit for each of these if applicable: Hazardous Conditions, Code Violations, Unpermitted Improvement Out of Code ImprovementsStructural Defects (perhaps to include foundations, rot, joists, bearing walls, grade and draining, etc.)Material Defects (perhaps to include electrical defects, plumbing, septic defects, heating and cooling defects, etc – things that are maybe not so “structural”, however they make the property uninhabitable unless items are repaired)So… you are not making each picture into an exhibit… make a separate exhibit for each one of these categories above and combine pictures and bids to total the cost to cure for each category.

Any Advice For an Excessive HVAC Invoice
26 January 2016 | 4 replies
Pay it, and be grateful my tenant had heat on a cold holiday, after having the power out for two days over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (we had a really bad winter storm and a huge area was without power for several days), or call the company and try to negotiate the cost down a bit, because the tech was not there for two hours (their shop is 10 minutes away), while trying to maintain a good working relationship with them?
